Social Lead

We are now seeking a Social Lead — a hands-on performance marketing expert who will build and lead the paid social function from the ground up, develop scalable strategies, and launch high-performing campaigns across Meta and TikTok to drive measurable business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Build the paid social marketing ecosystem from scratch (Meta, TikTok)
  • Set up and configure Business Managers, pixels, and event tracking systems
  • Launch, test, and optimize offers, creatives, and ad formats to identify high-performing combinations
  • Develop content and creative guidelines for future campaign scaling
  • Establish campaign structure, workflows, and optimization frameworks
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align on performance and creative strategy
  • Transition from testing to scaling campaigns with sustainable ROI
     

Requirements:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social / performance marketing, ideally across Meta and TikTok
  • Proven success in launching and scaling data-driven campaigns with significant budgets
  • Experience in people management (2-3 people in the team)
  • Strong technical skills in tracking, attribution, and event-based optimization (pixel setup, MMPs, GA4, GTM)
  • Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
  • Experience building systems, workflows, and best practices from scratch
  • English — Upper-Intermediate
  • Experience in Big 6 agencies (GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas, IPG) will be a strong advantage
