Media Lead

We are now seeking a Media Lead — a programmatic and display marketing expert who will build the media infrastructure from the ground up, launch pilot campaigns, and lay the foundation for scalable, data-led growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a display and programmatic advertising infrastructure from the ground up
- Set up and manage DSP/SSP platforms (StackAdapt, DV360, RTB House, etc.)
- Launch and oversee pilot campaigns to test formats, audiences, and placements
- Implement fraud detection, viewability, and brand safety controls
- Establish analytics, tracking systems, and standardized reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and performance teams to align on KPIs and insights
- Prepare for scaling based on validated results and performance efficiency
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in display, programmatic, or media buying roles
- Proven success in setting up DSP/SSP systems and managing large-scale programmatic campaigns
- Strong understanding of ad serving, viewability, fraud prevention, and attribution models
- Hands-on experience with tools like DV360, StackAdapt, RTB House, or similar
- Solid analytical background and proficiency with tracking and BI tools (GA4, GTM, Power BI, Tableau)
- English — Upper-Intermediate+
- Experience in Big 6 agencies (GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas, IPG) is a strong advantage
