Search Lead

We are now seeking a Search Lead — a strategic and hands-on PPC expert who will build and evolve the company’s search marketing ecosystem, define scalable operational frameworks, and lead the development of high-performing acquisition campaigns that drive measurable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and configure a full PPC infrastructure across Google Ads and Bing from scratch
  • Develop campaign structures, templates, and optimization frameworks for scalability
  • Launch and test first offers and hypotheses, validating growth opportunities
  • Set up tracking and foundational analytics to ensure accurate measurement and reporting
  • Identify profitable audiences, offers, and keywords to optimize ROI
  • Transition to scaling campaigns with ROI ≥ 1.2x
  • Collaborate with analytics, product, and creative teams to align strategy with performance goals
     

Requirements:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Search/PPC marketing (Google Ads, Bing)
  • Experience in people management (2-3 people in the team)
  • Proven track record in launching, managing, and scaling performance-driven search campaigns
  • Deep understanding of account structure, bidding, audience strategy, and automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tracking & BI tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, Power BI, AppsFlyer/Adjust)
  • Ability to build processes and frameworks from scratch
  • English — Upper-Intermediate
  • Experience in Big 6 agencies (GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas, IPG) will be a strong advantage
