Search Lead

We are now seeking a Search Lead — a strategic and hands-on PPC expert who will build and evolve the company’s search marketing ecosystem, define scalable operational frameworks, and lead the development of high-performing acquisition campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure a full PPC infrastructure across Google Ads and Bing from scratch
- Develop campaign structures, templates, and optimization frameworks for scalability
- Launch and test first offers and hypotheses, validating growth opportunities
- Set up tracking and foundational analytics to ensure accurate measurement and reporting
- Identify profitable audiences, offers, and keywords to optimize ROI
- Transition to scaling campaigns with ROI ≥ 1.2x
- Collaborate with analytics, product, and creative teams to align strategy with performance goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Search/PPC marketing (Google Ads, Bing)
- Experience in people management (2-3 people in the team)
- Proven track record in launching, managing, and scaling performance-driven search campaigns
- Deep understanding of account structure, bidding, audience strategy, and automation tools
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tracking & BI tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, Power BI, AppsFlyer/Adjust)
- Ability to build processes and frameworks from scratch
- English — Upper-Intermediate
Experience in Big 6 agencies (GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas, IPG) will be a strong advantage
