Weβre seeking a proactive and responsible Media Planner with a strong desire to grow within the field of client work. The Media Planner will play a pivotal role in managing client relations for Point2Web. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work directly with our clients, maintaining their ad campaigns to achieve predefined KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Media Buying / User Acquisition.
- Experience in Media Planning.
- Deep knowledge of advertising on Google and Microsoft search platforms.
- Proven experience managing monthly budgets of $100k+ (media buying or proactive management).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Understanding of tracking implementation (app/web).
- Experience in client support, scaling, and growth hacking.
- Daily communication with clients, including online calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information.
- Structured approach to work and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, with a strong desire to grow in client management.
- English proficiency β Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Main verticals: dating, leadgen, education, social casino, travel, finance, ecommerce, home services.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing clients and successfully onboard new ones.
- Provide proactive consulting for key accounts, offering expert advice on media planning and strategy.
- Understand client needs and expectations; oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Present performance results effectively, respond to client inquiries, and provide follow-ups.
- Proactively monitor campaign performance and develop strategies to improve engagement in collaboration with the business development team and cross-departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cooperation with internal and client teams.
- Guide clients to maximize ROI and identify upsell opportunities.

Working conditions
- Three time slots of working hours in the office: from 11:00 to 20:00, from 12:00 to 21:00, or from 13:00 to 22:00 (Kyiv and Tallinn Time).
