Media Buyer (Meta / TikTok / Pinterest)

We are now seeking a Media Buyer (Meta / TikTok / Pinterest) โ a data-focused performance marketer who will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across major social platforms to achieve growth and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns toward key performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS)
- Conduct creative, audience, and targeting testing to identify high-performing combinations
- Build structured campaigns and execute A/B testing for ads and landing pages
- Set up and manage tracking and analytics (GA4, GTM, Floodlight, AppsFlyer / Adjust)
- Prepare regular performance reports, analyze data, and recommend scaling strategies
- Research and implement new ad tools, features, and beta opportunities across platforms
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads (other paid social platforms are a plus)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization principles (CPA, CPL, ROAS)
- Proficiency in tracking tools and analytics systems (GA4, GTM, Floodlight, AppsFlyer / Adjust)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and hypothesis-driven thinking
- English - Upper-Intermediate+ (for communication and reporting)
Experience in Big 6 agencies (GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas, IPG) is a strong advantage
