Social Media Manager
About Us
We’re a fast-moving team working on several ongoing projects, including construction and real estate development initiatives across the East Coast (NY, MA). Our goal is to build a strong online presence through engaging storytelling — showcasing how our projects evolve, the challenges we solve, and the people behind the work.
We have a large library of raw footage (drone videos, construction site recordings, progress updates, etc.) and are looking for someone who can turn this content into a powerful social media presence that generates engagement and leads.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and possibly X/Twitter) from scratch.
- Organize and edit existing video content into short, story-driven clips that highlight ongoing construction projects, challenges, and results.
- Develop a consistent posting strategy and content calendar aligned with the company’s goals.
- Write captions, hashtags, and short narratives to make posts educational, engaging, and relatable.
- Respond to comments, engage with audiences, and build organic community growth through daily activity.
- Collaborate with us to shape the storytelling direction, voice, and tone of the brand.
- Experiment with ad campaigns and basic analytics to measure engagement and lead generation.
Ensure branding consistency (logos, color palettes, voice, subtitles, etc.) across all media.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience growing social media accounts from zero to traction, ideally for a business, brand, or creator.
- Strong understanding of short-form video content and current social media trends.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Excellent sense of storytelling and attention to detail.
- Initiative and consistency — we’re not looking for someone who just “posts,” but someone who actively grows and optimizes.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and own the results.
What Success Looks Like
- Social media accounts growing weekly in followers, engagement, and content output.
- Consistent posting schedule (2–3 short videos per week).
- Increased inbound inquiries or awareness generated through content.
- A clear, engaging visual narrative of the projects we’re building.
