We are currently seeking a Support Manager to join our growing team.
What We Expect from You
- Strong command of the English language - our work involves communication with international markets (written communication and chat support only);
- Knowledge of additional languages will be a significant advantage;
- Previous experience in gambling, betting, or gaming industries will be a plus;
- Technical background is a strong asset;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Responsibility, attention to detail, diligence, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales software support to customers via English-language chat.
