We are currently seeking a Support Manager to join our growing team.

 

What We Expect from You

  • Strong command of the English language - our work involves communication with international markets (written communication and chat support only);
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be a significant advantage;
  • Previous experience in gambling, betting, or gaming industries will be a plus;
  • Technical background is a strong asset;
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, diligence, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide after-sales software support to customers via English-language chat.

 

What We Offer

  • Flexible work schedule: 10:00โ€“18:00 / 18:00โ€“02:00 / 02:00โ€“10:00
    (21โ€“23 shifts per month, including 8 night shifts, and 8โ€“9 days off);
