🎯 About the role

We’re looking for a Linkbuilder who’s driven by results and ready to scale fast together with our product team.
You’ll work with complex web and mobile SaaS products, mainly in US/EU markets, helping us strengthen online visibility and drive growth through high-quality link-building strategies.
If you’re proactive, analytical, and ready for challenges — this role will definitely upgrade you!

🚀 What you’ll be doing

• Search for relevant, high-quality websites for guest posting and sponsored publications.
• Arrange publications and negotiate with webmasters.
• Create and assign tasks to copywriters for outreach content.
• Analyze and monitor link quality using SEO tools.
• Research competitors’ link strategies and identify new link opportunities.
• Set up links on blogs, forums, Q&A platforms, and similar resources.
• Expand and maintain an Outreach database.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with SEO experts to improve content and link-building strategy.

• Continuously optimize and automate link-building processes.

   

🧠 What we’re looking for

Hard skills:

• 2+ years of experience in link-building and guest-posting for Tier 1 countries (Europe, US; LATAM is a plus).
• Experience working with blogs, forums, Q&A, and niche sites.
• Strong understanding of link parameters and site quality evaluation.
• Competitor analysis and donor website selection skills.
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Serpstat, Majestic, Semrush, Google Analytics.
• Confident use of Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, Word, and basic CMS/HTML knowledge.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and search engine behavior.

Soft skills:

• Strong communication and business correspondence skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
