We are looking for a proactive, self-driven, and strategically minded B2B Content & SMM Manager to transform our deep expertise in Salesforce solutions into a powerful brand and a stable flow of B2B leads via social media!

This role goes beyond basic posting. This is a strategic content-driven role focused on LinkedIn, with a direct impact on business results (lead generation) and our HR brand. We offer you complete freedom in tools and approaches but expect high responsibility and a proactive mindset: come with solutions, not with requests for tasks!

 

 

🔥 Your Key Mission

To build our brand as an expert and reliable partner in the Salesforce niche. Your main leverage will be creating, "packaging," and distributing high-value expert content that resonates with the B2B audience.

🎯 What You Will Do (Areas of Responsibility)

1. Content Drive & Strategic SMM (70% of time)

  • Strategy & Priority #1: Develop and fully execute a content strategy, where LinkedIn is the key distribution channel.
  • The In-House "Journalist" (Core Task):
    • Independently organize the process: regularly communicate with our technical experts and Salesforce consultants.
    • "Extract" complex expertise and project insights from them, transforming this knowledge into clear, engaging posts, articles, and B2B case studies.
  • Content Management: Create content plans, execute daily posting, and write strong, compelling sales-focused copy for SMM (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Community Management: Proactive networking, responding to comments/messages, and commenting on relevant groups and thought leaders to increase organic reach.
  • Content Partnerships: Independently source and organize joint content projects (webinars, guest posts) with complementary companies.

2. Sales Enablement & Content Packaging (30% of time)

  • Proactive Sales Support: Closely collaborate with the Sales department to anticipate their needs for sales materials.
  • Creating Key B2B Assets:
    • Develop and update templates for commercial proposals (RFPs/proposals), focusing on logic, structure, and compelling text.
    • Create company presentations (general and focused on specific services/niches).
    • Quickly "package" niche offerings into single-page landing pages (using no-code platforms like Tilda/Webflow or Figma templates).
