Customer/Technical Support Specialist to $1100 Offline

Requirements:

 

* Fluent (or near-fluent) and confident English, with experience in technical/software/business field(s) and no thick accent

* Technical mindset and quick learning

* Experience working with customer support software

* Experience working with SaaS (e.g., M365 Outlook, Google Workspace, CRMs, etc.) is a plus

 

Responsibilities:

 

* Full and detailed understanding of the product

* Communicating with customers via chatbox, email, phone and video calls

* Overseeing customer onboarding

* Technical support and issue troubleshooting
