We’re behind some of the most creative and effective marketing campaigns in Dubai’s real estate space, and now we’re hiring a Creative Operations Assistant to support our Creative Director.

💼 Your Responsibilities

You’ll manage and streamline the backend of our content production process — making sure everything runs on time, to spec, and to the right people.

Your typical day:

Assign tasks & track deadlines in ClickUp or Notion

Follow up with freelancers & editors on delivery timelines

Coordinate logistics for shoots and content production

Prepare simple delivery & status reports

Organize briefs, file handovers, feedback, and revisions

Maintain clean documentation of all tasks & outputs

✅ Requirements

Strong written and spoken English

Prior experience in a creative, marketing, or content team

Excellent coordination and organizational skills

Comfortable using Slack, ClickUp, Notion, GDrive, WhatsApp

Basic understanding of content production and social media
