About the Role:
We’re looking for a People Partner who truly loves people — someone who gets energy from connecting, supporting, and inspiring others.

✨ Be there for people – run regular 1:1s and check-ins to listen, support, and help teammates stay inspired.

🚀 Support growth – guide employees through performance reviews, PDPs, and learning opportunities.

🤝 Make onboarding and offboarding special – create smooth, friendly, and memorable experiences.

📢 Keep communication flowing – share company news, celebrate achievements, and spread positivity.

🌍 Shape our culture – build connection across remote teams through buddy programs, gamification, and collaboration.

💡 Be a culture ambassador – constantly look for ways to make our workplace more human, fun, and inspiring.

About You:
— You’re a people person — open, kind, and genuinely curious about others.
— You’re proactive and full of ideas, always ready to improve how things are done.
— You’re creative — whether it’s planning a teambuilding, designing a recognition program, or crafting a fun internal post.
— You’re a great communicator, comfortable talking to anyone in the company.
— You understand how IT teams work and what keeps them motivated.
— You’re organized and reliable, balancing empathy with structure.
— You have an Intermediate English level or higher.
— You’re based in Kyiv or nearby.
