Copywriter - Content Strategist

We are an international IT recruitment agency specializing in sourcing and headhunting top-tier tech talent across Europe.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Outreach & Content Strategist — a person who will manage our messaging strategies across LinkedIn and email, create outreach campaigns, and help our recruiters communicate effectively with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write creative outreach sequences for LinkedIn and email campaigns (A/B testing, tone, personalization).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of outreach campaigns and suggest optimizations.
• Collaborate with the outreach team to launch and manage automated campaigns.
• Support recruiters with text-related tasks:
  • write or refine vacancy briefs,
  • advise on candidate communication (rejections, sensitive messages, conflict resolution).
• Maintain consistency of tone, clarity, and professionalism across all communication channels.

• Stay updated on outreach and messaging trends in the recruitment and HR industry.

   

Requirements

• Excellent command of English B2+ (written).
• Strong copywriting skills, preferably in recruitment, HR, or B2B marketing.
• Understanding of  outreach tools, and messaging automation.
• Analytical mindset — ability to interpret campaign metrics and adjust strategies.

• Experience working in or with recruitment agencies or B2B lead generation teams is a plus.
