Senior Media Buyer (Native Ads, High Budgets, Crypto/CFD)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer with strong hands-on expertise in Native Ads to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on scaling campaigns, optimizing performance, and managing high ad spend budgets.
 

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale Native advertising campaigns
• Manage high-volume budgets and optimize for profitability
• Analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Structure campaigns for scalability and efficiency
• Test, optimize, and iterate based on data insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent performance growth
   

Requirements

• Proven experience running Native traffic (Taboola, Outbrain, MSN, Mediago, etc.)
• Experience managing $300K+ monthly ad spend (current or within last 3 months)
• Strong performance marketing and optimization skills
• Experience in Crypto or CFD verticals
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Advanced English proficiency (work with Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs)
• Experience with cloaking systems — plus, but not mandatory
