🚀 We’re hiring! Unity Group Lead – Ukraine (Remote)
 

A fast-growing mobile gaming company with millions of active players worldwide is expanding its team and looking for a talented Unity Group Lead to join!

🔹 Location: Ukraine (top priority)
🔹 Work closely with the Manager in Israel 
🔹 Manage a team of 5 Ukrainian Unity Developers + 1 TL
🔹 Hands-on experience + proven managerial background
🔹 Gaming industry experience is a must
🔹 Former Director or Group Lead profiles are welcome
🔹 Flexible budget – based on experience and skills

🎮 Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of Unity client-side developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve shared client architecture
• Implement new features and optimize performance for Android, iOS, and WebGL
• Integrate third-party services (analytics, rewarded videos, crash reporting, etc.)

🧩 Requirements:
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of C# and Unity (mobile platforms)
• Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, and client-server communication
• Experience with multithreading

⭐ Nice to have:
• Experience managing large teams
• Native Android/iOS development (Java, Objective-C)
• Strong algorithms and data structures background
• Backend development experience
