Team Lead of Marketing

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Marketing Team Lead — a strategic and creative leader who will take ownership of multi-channel marketing, optimize conversion funnels, and drive the brand’s growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage email and messenger marketing strategies (triggers, segmentation, automation).
  • Oversee marketing for all products, including campaign planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Analyze and optimize funnel performance to improve key conversion metrics.
  • Supervise the creation and optimization of landing pages and conversion points.
  • Manage official communication channels (Telegram, LinkedIn, and other social media).
     

    Core Areas of Responsibility

  • Full-cycle marketing — from strategy and execution to analytics and optimization.
  • Budget ownership and performance tracking across all channels.
  • Regular reporting: daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance updates.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and tracking integrity across tools and systems.
  • Maintaining consistency in brand communication across all marketing touchpoints (email, messenger, social).

     

    Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong background in CRM, email, and messenger marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with SendPulse or similar tools, Pipedrive/CRM, GA4, and GTM.
  • Proficiency in segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion analytics.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable with data and routine tasks.
