Chief Commercial Officer (iGaming)

We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our retention and CRM strategies, drive customer loyalty, and maximize player lifetime value across all our brands.
What Youβll Do
- Develop and implement retention strategies across all company brands.
- Lead and oversee VIP management programs.
- Design and monitor loyalty programs, CRM campaigns, and personalized offers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase LTV and ARPU.
- Implement player segmentation tools and automate communications (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM/Retention Managers, promoting best practices.
- Analyze key retention and engagement metrics (Churn, DAU/MAU, campaign ROI).
- Optimize bonus policies to balance profitability and player retention.
- Monitor KPI achievement across all projects in terms of retention and loyalty.
Negotiate with game providers and partners to secure better collaboration terms and maximize value.
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in iGaming, Gambling, or Betting.
- Deep understanding of retention marketing and player behavior.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools (Braze, Optimove, Emarsys, etc.).
- Experience in building and scaling retention strategies.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
