We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our retention and CRM strategies, drive customer loyalty, and maximize player lifetime value across all our brands.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement retention strategies across all company brands.
  • Lead and oversee VIP management programs.
  • Design and monitor loyalty programs, CRM campaigns, and personalized offers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase LTV and ARPU.
  • Implement player segmentation tools and automate communications (email, push, SMS, in-app).
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM/Retention Managers, promoting best practices.
  • Analyze key retention and engagement metrics (Churn, DAU/MAU, campaign ROI).
  • Optimize bonus policies to balance profitability and player retention.
  • Monitor KPI achievement across all projects in terms of retention and loyalty.
  • Negotiate with game providers and partners to secure better collaboration terms and maximize value.

     

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in iGaming, Gambling, or Betting.
  • Deep understanding of retention marketing and player behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools (Braze, Optimove, Emarsys, etc.).
  • Experience in building and scaling retention strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
