Now, we’re looking for a TikTok Account Manager to drive our presence on TikTok with fresh, engaging, and authentic content that builds awareness and grows our community.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy with a focus on brand awareness in Canada.
• Plan and maintain a regular content calendar.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content directly on smartphone (iOS/Android).
• Engage with the community: comments, replies, interactions.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for micro- and nano-influencer collaborations.
• Sync TikTok content with campaigns on Amazon and Instagram together with the marketing team.

What You Bring

• Confident smartphone shooting skills (iOS/Android).
• Strong knowledge of CapCut (required): editing, auto-subtitles, masks, chroma key, tracking, speed-ramping, time remapping, keyframes, templates, and correct export settings (H.264 + AAC, no watermarks).
• Basic experience with TikTok Ads Manager: Spark Ads launch, whitelisting, testing hypotheses, basic media planning.
• Skills in organizing content workflow in Notion/Airtable/Sheets (content calendar, idea backlog, statuses, production checklists).
• Russian — native.
• English — Intermediate (B1).
