Media Buying Team Lead
Location: Kyiv | Full-time, office-based
Company is launching a new iGaming brand with the ambition to disrupt Tier-1 markets. Media buying is one of our main growth drivers, and we’re building a strong in-house team to power this direction. We’re looking for a Media Buying Team Lead who will own strategy, execution, and team scaling.

About the company/project
Our new casino/iGaming brand combines a fresh Tier-1 database, strong UX/UI, and dedicated support. Unlike traditional in-house buying setups, we also run campaigns on external offers and GEOs. The infrastructure for FB and In-App traffic is already in place, giving you the tools to launch, test, and scale immediately.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 media buyers.
- Develop and implement Tier-1 traffic acquisition strategies.
- Launch, test, and scale profitable campaigns on FB and In-App.
- Manage budgets and ensure positive ROI.
- Optimize campaigns daily using data-driven insights.
- Build media buying processes and knowledge base from scratch.
- Report KPIs and performance directly to management.
Requirements
Must-have:
- 3+ years in media buying with proven Tier-1 cases.
- At least 1 year in a team lead/leadership role.
- Strong expertise in FB & In-App (scaling, anti-ban strategies).
- Track record of profitable campaigns ($40K+ personal profit).
Nice-to-have:
- Gambling/iGaming vertical experience.
- Knowledge of additional traffic sources (Google, TikTok).
- Familiarity with BI tools, data-driven mindset.

Work format
- Full-time, office only (Kyiv).
- Standard schedule: 10:00 – 18:00.
Hiring process
