Media Buying Team Lead

Media buying is our growth engine. That’s why we’re looking for a Team Lead who can bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ready to build a powerful team and make real impact from day one.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and mentor a small, strong team of media buyers (3–5 people).
  • Build and execute Tier-1 traffic strategies (FB & In-App).
  • Launch, test, and scale campaigns with focus on ROI.
  • Analyze data daily, optimize and share best practices.
  • Manage budgets, experiment with creatives, explore new GEOs.
  • Build transparent processes and a shared knowledge base.
  • Report results directly to management and celebrate team wins 
     

Who we’re looking for

Must-have:

  • 3+ years of experience in media buying with Tier-1 markets.
  • 1+ year in a team lead or mentorship role.
  • Deep understanding of FB & In-App traffic (scaling, anti-ban, optimization).
  • Portfolio of profitable campaigns ($40K+ personal profit).

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in gambling/iGaming vertical.
  • Familiarity with other sources (Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset and comfort with BI tools.

    1. Intro call with recruiter
    2. 1–2 interviews with manager/leadership
    3. Final stage — polygraph test
