Universal Parallel

As a Digital Growth Account Manager, you will own the relationship with newly acquired clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, successful campaign launches, outstanding communication, and long-term account growth.

This role combines strategic consulting, client success, operational excellence, and business development.

The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, loves structured processes, communicates proactively, and can confidently coordinate multiple stakeholders without losing attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

Client Success & Relationship Management

• Become the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle
• Lead onboarding and campaign kickoff meetings
• Build trusted long-term client relationships through proactive communication
• Ensure every client always knows the current project status
• Maintain high client satisfaction 

Campaign Launch & Delivery

• Coordinate media planning and campaign setup
• Ensure campaigns launch on time and according to agreed KPIs
• Coordinate reporting schedules and campaign documentation

Strategic Growth

• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services
• Develop long-term account growth strategies

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly client reports
• Present campaign performance and business insights

• Track account health and delivery KPIs

   

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Digital Account Management experience
• Agency experience is highly preferred
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Experience with international clients
• Middle East market experience is a strong advantage

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of: Google Ads,Meta Ads
• Familiarity with digital media planning

Language Requirements

• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
