The AEM Days team is looking for a Middle+ Media Buyer to scale e-commerce projects with a focus on arbitrage traffic, cold traffic, and partnership models. We are seeking an experienced specialist ready to take ownership of results and test new hypotheses for growth πŸš€

 

πŸ“ What You’ll Do

β€’ Manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter (X), TikTok, Taboola, and other platforms.

β€’ Set up and optimize remarketing (Retargeting, Lookalike, Dynamic Ads).

β€’ Analyze and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI and CPA targets.

β€’ Develop traffic acquisition strategies, test hypotheses, and scale successful campaigns.

β€’ Collaborate with designers and developers to maximize results.

β€’ Stay up to date with market trends and implement new tools to improve performance.

 

🦸 What We Expect

β€’ 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on arbitrage and e-commerce.

β€’ Proven experience with TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), Google Ads, Taboola.

β€’ Strong understanding of remarketing, targeting, and campaign optimization.

β€’ Solid analytical skills.

β€’ Ability to independently develop traffic acquisition strategies and find new traffic sources.

β€’ Readiness to work with large budgets and deliver results.
