The AEM Days team is looking for a Middle+ Media Buyer to scale e-commerce projects with a focus on arbitrage traffic, cold traffic, and partnership models. We are seeking an experienced specialist ready to take ownership of results and test new hypotheses for growth π
π What Youβll Do
β’ Manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter (X), TikTok, Taboola, and other platforms.
β’ Set up and optimize remarketing (Retargeting, Lookalike, Dynamic Ads).
β’ Analyze and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI and CPA targets.
β’ Develop traffic acquisition strategies, test hypotheses, and scale successful campaigns.
β’ Collaborate with designers and developers to maximize results.
β’ Stay up to date with market trends and implement new tools to improve performance.
π¦Έ What We Expect
β’ 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on arbitrage and e-commerce.
β’ Proven experience with TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), Google Ads, Taboola.
β’ Strong understanding of remarketing, targeting, and campaign optimization.
β’ Solid analytical skills.
β’ Ability to independently develop traffic acquisition strategies and find new traffic sources.
β’ Readiness to work with large budgets and deliver results.
