Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML) Offline

We are helping an international product company find a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join their team. The company is developing an intelligent chatbot and search platform with modern AI/ML, NLP, and LLM technologies.

They are looking for a strong senior engineer with leadership mindset — someone who not only writes clean code, but also guides the team, makes architectural decisions, and can present solutions to clients.

🔧 Must-have skills:

• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering in production systems.
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, LangChain, etc.).
• LLMs (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock), prompt engineering.
• Vector DBs: PGVector/Postgres.
• NLP, embeddings, semantic search.
• ETL pipelines for APIs, SQL, docs, images.
• Work with unstructured data & metadata.
• Docker-based deployments.
• Understanding of role-based access & recommendations.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Lead technical direction, support and guide the team.
• Build ETL pipelines for structured & unstructured data.
• Work with embeddings, similarity search, vector DBs.
• Fine-tune LLMs & manage prompts for chatbot.
• Design intent detection & contextual responses.
• Collaborate on API integration, deployment, testing.
• Present solutions to clients clearly and confidently.
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, production-ready AI/ML solutions.
