Affiliate Manager - iGaming - Argentina

We are a fast-growing international company in the iGaming/Betting industry, working with partners worldwide.
We are currently expanding our affiliate network and looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to focus on the LATAM market.

Responsibilities:

• Search, attract, and develop new affiliate partners in LATAM countries.
• Manage and grow an active partner base (goal: +30–50 new active partners within the first 3 months).
• Control traffic quality: posting, ensuring partner KPI fulfillment.
• Monitor the market and competitive environment in the region to expand acquisition channels.
• Analyze campaign performance.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming/Betting.
• Own base of partners in the region.
• Experience in conducting negotiations in Spanish.
• English level B2.
• Understanding of LATAM market specifics.
