✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the Binary Options or Crypto industries;
- Native Japanese speaker with strong command of English;
- Proven negotiation skills and a deep understanding of Japanese user behavior and market dynamics;
- Solid knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and various commission models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid);
- Hands-on experience managing CPA and RevShare deals;
- Proficient in Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis.

🌟 What You’ll Do
- Creating your own affiliate data base, launching new deals;
- Native Japanese Speaker;
- Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commission models;
- Proficient in Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas);
- Ability to prepare and interpret affiliate performance reports for internal and external use;
- Provide research on the market, competitors.

🎯 Nice to Have
- Familiarity with crypto payment systems, wallets;
- Existing network of Japanese affiliates, influencers;
- Experience working with verticals: gaming, crypto, finance;
- Knowledge of SEO or basic performance marketing concepts;
- Ability to create or review Japanese promotional copy or scripts;
- Understanding of regulatory trends in Japan related to financial products.
