We’re now looking for a Head of Product to help us move faster, smarter, and more impactfully, especially in the age of AI.

🧠 Your mission
We want you to:- Build and own the product roadmap
- Identify and validate our Jobs to Be Done
- Launch the first version of our App (and then improve it quickly)
- Leverage AI tools and frameworks to speed up product cycles
- Collaborate deeply with Tech, Marketing, Therapy, and Operations
- Bring structure, clarity, and urgency to how we build product
🧩 We think you’ll be a fit if you:
- Have 3–5+ years in Product roles (ideally at early-stage or fast-growing companies)
- Have been the first or one of the first Product hires
- Know how to work without hand-holding or corporate layers
- Have experience launching and iterating on consumer products, ideally mobile
- Use AI tools and tech to ship faster and smarter
- Are obsessed with LTV, retention, product-market fit, and getting real user feedback
- Are a strong communicator, collaborator, and driver of momentum
- Are familiar with Jobs-To-Be-Done framework, Lean Startup, and behavioral design
- Care about mental health, behavior change, and the humans on the other side of the screen
👍 Will be a plus
- Background in health tech or AI
- Strong understanding of technical architecture – if you can speak the same language with engineers and understand how the product is built under the hood, that’s a major advantage

🧩 Recruitment process for this position:
- Introductory call with HR Director (30 minutes). A short get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
- Deep-dive interview (1 hour). A conversation with the CEO to discuss potential collaboration.
- Final interview (1 hour). Call with CTO and Head of Engineering.
- Reference Checks. Before extending a final job offer, we kindly ask for references from your previous places of work. These help us ensure a great mutual match and a smooth start together.
- Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.

- Test tasks and feedback must be responded to within 5 working days. If we don’t receive a reply within this timeframe, we will consider the application withdrawn and move forward with other candidates. Exceptions are made if the candidate informs us in advance about a valid reason for the delay.
