We’re looking for a visionary Head of Content Factory to lead the development of a next-generation, AI-driven SMM engine. You will create and scale a network of social media accounts, each powered by AI agents and optimized for lead generation. What You’ll Do
 

• Develop and implement a high-impact social media marketing strategy focused on lead generation and brand growth
• Build and scale a “Content Factory” of dozens of AI-powered social accounts, each producing 3+ videos per day
• Design subscriber warming flows and sales funnels to convert followers into paying users
• Develop and manage sales pipelines through direct communication on social platforms
• Track and analyze campaign performance, continuously optimizing based on data
• Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes, adjusting tactics accordingly
• Manage team budgets, resources, and reporting; justify outcomes through performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns
   

What We Expect
 

• Minimum 3 years in a senior or leadership role within social media marketing or content strategy
• Hands-on experience in implementing and scaling AI agents for content creation
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and how their algorithms work
• Proven ability to work with data, analyze metrics, and make informed decisions
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate scalable content ideas
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; experience managing teams
• Bonus: understanding of the travel industry and customer behavior patterns
