About the Role

We’re looking for an independent, full-ownership engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll work across our entire tech stack - Node.js, Next.js, and Firebase - taking features from concept to deployment. This is a high-autonomy position with meaningful ownership and direct impact. We value initiative and accountability over hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy new features across the full stack
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues end-to-end
• Take full technical ownership of key areas in the codebase
• Communicate clearly and work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment

Tech Stack

• Node.js
• Next.js
• Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Functions, Hosting)
• Bonus: Experience with AI frameworks, large language models (LLMs) integrations, or prompt chaining

Who You Are

• Self-driven and proactive, with a strong bias toward action and execution
• Confident in your problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Comfortable owning the entire lifecycle of a feature or product
• Bonus: Experience building AI agents or LLM-based tools
• Extra bonus: Experience shipping production software either independently or as the technical lead
