About the role
Weβre on the hunt for a Senior User Acquisition Specialist whoβs confident with Meta Ads and eager to test and scale new traffic sources β including TikTok and Google Ads. Youβll join a growing product team with full autonomy to own the performance direction, set up processes from scratch, and directly impact business results.
π What you'll be doing:
- Launch and scale ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (limited scope)
- Build high-converting marketing funnels for web, web2app, and mobile products
- Run A/B tests, validate hypotheses, and work with behavioral segmentation
- Deep-dive into analytics using Tableau, Metabese, Amplitude, Appsflyer, etc.
- Collaborate with designers on performance-driven creatives
- Track performance metrics, suggest improvements, and drive profitable growth
- Set up acquisition systems from scratch for new products
- Experiment with new traffic sources like TikTok and ad networks
π§ What we're looking for:
Hard Skills:
- 2+ years experience in performance marketing (Meta β must-have)
- Hands-on experience launching ad accounts from scratch
- Solid understanding of CPM, CTR, ROAS, LTV, CAC
- Experience with tracking tools (Keitaro, Binom, postback knowledge is a plus)
- Comfortable with marketing data, attribution models, cohort analysis
- Up-to-date UA strategies (creatives, funnels, AI tools)
- Growth marketing mindset β a big plus
Soft Skills:
- Fast, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
- Able to work independently and collaborate in small and cross-functional teams
- Curious, data-driven, eager to grow
Languages:
- English β Intermediate (B1βB2) or higher
