Growth Manager

What You’ll Do:

— Identify and develop smart, creative opportunities to help us grow - through partnerships, collaborations, and ecosystem initiatives.
— Build and maintain strong relationships with other projects, communities, and key industry players.
— Lead the strategy and execution for how we roll out new features, product launches, and market entries.
— Work closely with product and compliance teams to align on messaging and strategy.
— Stay deeply informed on crypto and Web3 trends to spot new opportunities and keep us ahead of the curve.
— Collaborate directly with the project’s founder - advice and help turn vision into actionable growth strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience & Knowledge

— 4+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy, or similar roles.
— Comfortable navigating the basics of crypto and Web3, and eager to deepen that knowledge.
— You know how to move between tech conversations and community vibes without missing a beat.
