Affiliate Manager

We are a fast-growing international iGaming company with over five years of success in both sportsbook and online casino verticals. Our multi-brand portfolio operates across various global markets and is supported by a strong network of affiliate partners. As we continue our international growth, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager to help scale our player acquisition efforts, build long-term partnerships, and optimize the performance of our affiliate program.

 

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with current affiliate partners, focusing on CPA-based campaigns

Proactively recruit new affiliates  working on CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models etc.

Attract partners using key traffic sources such as Facebook, PPC, UAC, ASO, influencers, bloggers, tipsters, etc

Oversee campaign performance through affiliate software, CRM tools, and trackers

Collaborate with internal departments to align on acquisition goals and ensure partner satisfaction

Continuously analyze campaign data to optimize traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI

 

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the gambling or betting industry

Prior experience working with an affiliate program or gambling product

An existing network of affiliates is highly desirable

Confident user of affiliate marketing tools: tracking platforms, CRMs, analytics dashboards

Strong understanding of different deal models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid

English at B2+ level; knowledge of other languages is a plus
