What You’ll Do

• Build LLM-powered pipelines: Use Python (or Node.js), LangChain, and LangSmith to create end-to-end automations.
• Develop RAG systems: Integrate vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate) for knowledge retrieval and gap scans.
• Run prompt experiments: Design A/B tests on prompts, system messages, and examples to improve accuracy.
• Automate tasks: Deploy agent loops for gap scans, content generation, and weekly share-of-voice scoring.
• Collaborate in sprints: Pair with Product, Growth, and Engineering in one-week Agile cycles, demoing results each sprint.
• Track KPIs: Monitor model performance (precision/recall, share-of-voice uplift, lead conversion).

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering or data science experience.
• Strong Python (or Node.js) skills and familiarity with LLM tooling (LangChain, LangSmith, OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini APIs).
• Experience with vector embeddings and search (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate).
• Solid data-engineering fundamentals: SQL, data modeling, and workflow orchestration (n8n, Airflow, Prefect, dbt).
• Comfortable in an Agile/Scrum environment—shipping code every sprint.
• Basic understanding of RAG workflows, SEO/AIVO concepts, or recommender systems.
• Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and eager to own projects from start to finish.
• Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

• Hands-on with Text-to-Image models (e.g., Stable Diffusion).
• Experience fine-tuning or deploying custom LLMs.
• Background in marketing analytics or GEO/SEO tools.
