LinkedIn Social Media Manager Offline

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager with a strong background in LinkedIn marketing and content creation for professional services. You’ll develop platform-specific content strategies, grow audience engagement, and lead visual storytelling efforts across LinkedIn (priority), Instagram, and Facebook.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead LinkedIn-first content planning—including carousels, professional insights, and branded thought leadership pieces.
  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
  • Manage and grow dNOVO’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook with a cohesive strategy.
  • Write platform-appropriate copy tailored for professional (LinkedIn) and visual (Instagram/Facebook) audiences.
  • Monitor analytics to optimize content and improve audience engagement over time.
  • Create branded visual assets using Figma, Canva, Illustrator, etc.

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for professional services or B2B brands.
  • Understanding of audience behavior, brand voice, and content formats tailored to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.
  • Design sensibility and experience using design tools.
  • Writing and copy editing skills for professional audiences.
  • Project management and content scheduling skills.
