Amazon PPC manager

INNELS is a Full-service Amazon Agency where we help European and US brands to sell on Amazon and launch on global markets. We are a fully remote agency based in Latvia and Copenhagen.
We are currently looking for an Amazon PPC manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns.
- Manage advertising for multiple clients and a wide range of products across both US and European Amazon marketplaces.
- Conduct regular campaign optimizations to improve ACOS and TACOS, reduce wasted spend, and drive profitability.
- Take a holistic approach to PPC, ensuring that products are retail-ready before scaling traffic.
- Collaborate with other team members to share thoughts on optimizing product listings (images, copy, A+ content) to support advertising goals.
- Provide detailed, data-driven reports with both performance metrics and strategic insights.
- Stay up to date with Amazon advertising trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Manage budgets effectively and forecast performance and spend across multiple accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands) - this is a must.
- Experience working with both European and US Amazon marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of Amazon as a platform, including listing optimization, keyword research, and conversion drivers.
- Ability to analyze product performance holistically and make strategic decisions based on data and product health.
- Skilled in generating comprehensive reports and providing clear performance overviews and insights.
- Experience managing multiple clients and product portfolios simultaneously.
- Proficient in tools such as Helium 10.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Strong English skills as all the communication will be in English.
Ideally, we would like to start part-time, but with the opportunity switching to full-time in the future.
