We’re a full-service Amazon agency, and we’ve been in the market since 2019. At the moment, we’re a fully remote agency with team members working from different countries. We currently manage brands from Europe, the UK, and the US - about 16 clients in total.

We are currently looking for a new account manager.

IMPORTANT: we’d like to find someone who could start on a project basis with a further transition to part-time full-time in the future. We want to start cooperation probably beginning or end of April.

Payment for project base: around €18 per hour.

As for the role itself, the account manager is responsible for the strategic management of clients. You would be in charge of client communication, developing strategies, and working closely with our team. We have a logistics manager, an advertising manager, and assistants who handle different aspects of the accounts, but as an account manager, you’d be responsible for setting the strategy, understanding market positioning, conducting keyword research, and ensuring all tasks are properly delegated. Ultimately, you’d be accountable for the results.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of Amazon. While communication and strategic vision are key, you also need to have a deep understanding of Amazon’s systems, including the technical aspects. You don’t need to run PPC campaigns yourself, but you should be able to assess performance, understand key metrics, and collaborate with the PPC manager to refine marketing strategies. You also need to communicate things to graphic desginer, as an example. And be confident in SEO, keyword research, Seller Central in general. 

Important Notes:

- You would be working with a contractor agreement, but we are still offering some bonuses to our part-time/full-time employees, such as paid vacation days and year-end bonuses if we end up being profitable.
- The work is fully remote, but we expect you to be able to visit our clients in person once or twice a year (those trips are covered by us).
- As a contractor, you are responsible for handling your own taxes. You will need to send us an invoice at the end of each month, and we will process the payment accordingly.

- Ideally, you are based in Europe.

- Strong written and spoken English skills are a must.

- Experience in account management and client communication is a must.
