Project Manager $$ Offline

The project is an AI-driven music platform helping creators turn text into fully professional songs.

We’re growing fast and looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and ultra-organized Project Manager to lead the execution of our product roadmap, streamline workflows, and support a high-performing dev team.

👩‍💻 What you’ll do

• Take full ownership of project and sprint planning via Linear
• Keep tasks up to date and create new ones as needed (even during meetings)
• Track team progress and raise flags when something’s off
• Organize product-related documentation in Notion
• Structure and gradually improve internal PM systems
• Communicate closely with the Product Owner and the dev team
• Start with Development tasks, with potential to expand to Marketing, Content, and Support

🧠 About you

• Tech-savvy and experienced in working with fast-growing tech products
• Knowledge of UKR/RUS
• Able to build PM systems from scratch and adapt them to team needs
• Extremely organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure and able to keep track of many moving parts
• Confident in English (spoken & written)
• Friendly, proactive, and great at team communication
• Comfortable with async work — we care more about results than strict schedules

⏰ Work setup

• Full-time (8 hours/day)
• Flexible schedule, with two short team syncs 
• Remote-first — work from anywhere as long as you can join calls on time
