UX/UI Design Lead

We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Design Lead to guide our design team and elevate the quality, consistency, and strategic impact of every user-facing experience we create.

If you're passionate about mentoring designers, building scalable systems, and leading digital design across websites, SaaS platforms, landing pages, and emails - this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Lead and Inspire: Guide a growing team of UX/UI designers—encouraging collaboration, creative problem-solving, and continuous learning.
• Own Creative Direction: Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, user needs, and business goals.
• Be the Client Partner: Serve as the go-to design expert in client interactions—sharing insights, managing expectations, and shaping long-term relationships.
• Raise the Bar: Review and refine team output to ensure clarity, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall quality.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with project managers and developers to scope, plan, and resource projects effectively.
• Drive Innovation: Integrate emerging design tools, including AI plugins, into team workflows to streamline processes and boost impact.
  
  
  What You Bring
• A portfolio demonstrating leadership across responsive websites, SaaS UI, landing pages, emails, and design systems.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing design teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (including components, libraries, and design systems) and familiarity with other modern design tools.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to ensure seamless design-to-dev handoffs.
• Experience building scalable, accessible, and responsive design systems from the ground up.
• Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms is a strong plus.
• A strategic mindset with the communication skills to confidently present ideas, give feedback, and lead discussions.
• Comfortable with AI-driven design workflows and always on the lookout for ways to improve processes.
