About the role

• Accessibility (WCAG), responsive and adaptive design

• Analytics-based improvements (Hotjar, GA, Amplitude — when needed)

• Design handoff and documentation for development teams

What you’ll do

• Design interfaces for MVPs and production products

• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

• Build UI for dashboards, onboarding, forms, and complex systems

• Develop and maintain design systems

• Work closely with frontend and mobile developers

• Participate in product discovery and UX research

• Improve usability, conversion, and retention after launch

• Iterate quickly based on feedback, analytics, and testing

Skills we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design

• Strong portfolio with web and/or mobile projects

• Confident work in Figma

• Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design

• Experience working with development and product teams

• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus

• Ability to use AI tools for faster workflows: ideation, wireframes, content, research (with mandatory quality checks)

• Ability to present and defend design decisions

• Responsibility, clear communication, and teamwork
