System Analyst with Technical Writer Experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented System Analyst & Technical Writer to join our team. This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing system requirements to support our blockchain and digital asset platform. A significant part of this position focuses on comprehensive documentation to ensure transparency, streamline processes, and enhance pipeline design

Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and design system specifications to align with Minting Dome’s blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team on blockchain node integrations (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron).
• Optimize performance and scalability of our Microsoft .NET-based backend systems and databases (Microsoft SQL Server).
• Work with security teams to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Support existing systems and contribute to the planning of new projects.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including system architecture, data flows, user guides, and API references.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to document software functionalities and processes clearly.
• Create user-friendly manuals and FAQs to support internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation is up to date with the latest software releases and system changes.
• Standardize documentation processes and maintain consistency across all technical materials.
• Assist in compliance documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge and ability to understand low level language like C
• Assist in compliance documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Contribute to SOC 1 audit preparation by documenting control objectives, processes, and procedures aligned with organizational standards.
• Work closely with auditors and compliance teams to ensure technical documentation supports SOC 1 reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in blockchain or fintech.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, and blockchain technologies.
• Knowledge and ability to understand low level language like C
• Strong documentation skills to facilitate system transparency and process improvements.
• Experience with payment APIs, database optimization, and backend development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation.

• Understanding of Slavic languages is required.

   

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Node.js, Svelte, Ionic, and cybersecurity tools.
• Experience with agile methodologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, or API documentation frameworks.
