The role

Reporting to the Data Lead, you will be responsible for delivering analytical outputs, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the development of reusable analytics assets. Your key responsibilities will include:

Data Analysis & Insight

·         Understand business problems and translate them into analytical approaches, delivering clear, evidence‑based insights.

·         Prepare and present dashboards, reports and ad‑hoc analyses that inform client and internal decision making.

·         Contribute to project planning, estimation and delivery, adhering to timelines and quality standards.

·         Share knowledge and best practice through documentation, code reviews and mentorship.

·         Support proposal and pitch activities by preparing sample analyses and technical inputs.

About you

You are a pragmatic Data Analyst who balances technical rigour with effective communication. We are looking for a Business Analyst  with experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, analysis of processes, and implementation of ERP solutions.
 

🔧 Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements
• Gather and formalize functional requirements
• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Participate in ERP implementation projects
• Communicate with stakeholders and end users
• Prepare documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories)
• Participate in testing and go-live activities
• Provide post-release support
   

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or NAV)
• Understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, sales, procurement)
• Experience in writing business and technical documentation
• Experience in ERP implementations
• Strong communication skills

• Experience with AL development or understanding of BC customization

Now we are looking for a Middle/Senior Marketing Data Analyst to support analytics across user acquisition and marketing performance.

About you:

• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar).
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI/ROMI, payback.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (transaction-level, event-level).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau).
• Ability to work with attribution data and marketing sources (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

• Analyze marketing performance across different channels (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Work with core datasets (spend, revenue, LTV, attribution).
• Transform marketing data into clear, actionable decisions for scaling.
• Analyze traffic quality, channel performance, and unit economics.

• Work with LTV forecasts, payback periods, and scaling scenarios.
