Binariks is looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and support the company’s growth efforts. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to drive impactful marketing campaigns, shape our digital presence, and contribute to our long-term strategy.

What We’re Looking For:
 

  • 2+ years in a marketing role in IT outsourcing, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Proven experience creating visuals and written content for business audiences.
  • Comfortable conducting competitor, customer, and market analysis.
  • Able to define audiences, craft messaging, and execute multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Familiar with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Confident working with analytics and performance data (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Understanding of modern SEO principles and tools.
  • Competence in working with spreadsheets, CMS, and productivity tools.
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level.

Your Responsibilities:
 

  • Maintain and improve the company website in collaboration with the development team.
  • Develop promotional assets, case studies, white papers, and infographics from concept to publication.
  • Design and implement referral strategies for platforms like Clutch, G2, Good Firms, and relevant directories/forums.
  • Research, evaluate, and support company participation in industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to launch webinars and meetups.
  • Analyze marketing activities (PR campaigns, social media, newsletters, content) and generate performance reports.
