We are looking for a proactive and well-connected fundraising expert with a strong network in the Web3 investment space. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator who thrives in building strategic investor relationships and securing high-impact partnerships.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to become a key link in expanding our partnership network and representing the incubator at major industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, negotiating, closing deals, and managing partnerships at all stages of collaboration.
- Representing the incubator at international and local conferences, events, and forums aimed at expanding our network and attracting partners.
- When necessary, participating in onboarding calls for the incubatorβs clients and providing deal closure offers.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development/Partnerships/Ecosystem Growth or a similar role, with a focus on partnerships within the Web3 space.
- Participation in industry events and conferences is an advantage, along with a readiness to represent the incubator at offline events.
- Understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and key trends in Web3 (Degen level).
- English proficiency at the B2-C2 level.
