Required experience:

• 3+ years of commercial experience and a portfolio of projects to prove this experience.

Required skills:

• Experience working with stakeholders and engineers to bring your ideas to life;
• Ability to turn ideas and business requirements into sketches, prototypes, etc;
• Knowledge of Material design and Human Interface Guidelines;
• Deep understanding of building responsive layouts;
• Advanced knowledge in the latest design patterns and best practices.
• Build and support Design Systems and a style guide for the project;
• Efficiently work in Figma using components and variants;
• Understanding of Atomic design approach;
• Experience in User Research (user interview, user testing);
• Experience in all stages of discovery phase;
• Understanding of Design Thinking;
• Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities:

• Run projects end-to-end with the Development team;
• Conduct Workshops for Clients and the internal team;
• Partner closely with customers to understand their business goals and objectives;
• Participate in the Pre-Sales Process;
• Be an active member of the design department;
• Prepare Presentations for clients and internal goals
