Support Manager

Our expectations:

โ—‰ Level of English language - B1 and above, knowledge of French language will be a plus;

โ—‰ Ability to work with CRM services for customer support, the ability to configure them;

โ—‰ Experience as a Support Manager will be a plus;

โ—‰ Work in the betting industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

โ—‰ Customer support for technical issues of various kinds;

โ—‰ Communication with payment systems and work with the product team; 

โ—‰ Close interaction with the security service.
