Our expectations:
โ Level of English language - B1 and above, knowledge of French language will be a plus;
โ Ability to work with CRM services for customer support, the ability to configure them;
โ Experience as a Support Manager will be a plus;
โ Work in the betting industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
โ Customer support for technical issues of various kinds;
โ Communication with payment systems and work with the product team;
โ Close interaction with the security service.
