Senior Machine Learning Engineer to $8000 Offline

What You'll Do:

• Develop, deploy, and optimize advanced ML solutions that drive key business outcomes, including customer behavior prediction, advanced segmentation, NLP applications, recommendation engines, and marketing/conversion optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to identify high-impact opportunities for applying machine learning.
• Continuously improve our ML infrastructure and workflows, ensuring the scalability and efficiency of ML pipelines.

• Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry best practices, bringing fresh insights and innovative ideas to the team.

   

Who We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on expertise with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and others.
• Strong experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
• Prior experience in startups or SaaS environments, demonstrating adaptability and agility.
• Experience or familiarity with PropTech or real estate technology is highly desirable.

• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)
