Head of Innovation and Digital Learning

Pechersk School International (PSI) is seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Innovation and Digital Learning to lead its digital education strategy across all IB programs. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving innovation, fostering digital fluency, and shaping the future of teaching and learning through technology.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in managing tech teams, technology-related educational institutions, or tech communities.
• Passion for education, innovation, and developing technology-driven learning environments.
• Experience building education centers or tech hubs from scratch or managing L&D departments in tech companies is a strong plus.
• Strong motivation to contribute to socially significant projects and share expertise, with a genuine interest in working with children.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and engage teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English is required (both spoken and written).

Responsibilities: 

• Technology Innovation Center Leadership: Establish and lead the Technology Innovation Center, developing an educational hub where students explore technology, innovation, and digital learning.
• Strategic Technology Planning: Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports learning across all IB programs and grade levels.
• Instructional Support & Curriculum: Support teachers in integrating technology into classroom instruction and ensure the effective delivery of the technology curriculum by technology teachers.
• Infrastructure: Lead hardware and software purchasing decisions, ensuring a cutting-edge and efficient digital ecosystem.
• Technology Team Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a technology education team that supports the school’s vision.
