Dripify is looking for a trailblazing Senior Social Media Manager to lead our entire social and community presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot — and the channels we launch next.

You'll combine strategic thinking with creative execution — crafting content, owning the editorial calendar, launching bold campaigns, and collaborating with external creators to showcase Dripify’s unique features and advantages.
This is a remote-first role with occasional travel for off-site team meetups.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media for B2B/B2C, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- Native or near-native English (C1+) — excellent writing and communication skills
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across LinkedIn, YouTube, and review platforms
- A strong portfolio of content and campaigns you’ve created or led
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage editorial calendars across diverse content types (educational, product-led, industry insights, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills tailored to different segments and buyer journeys
- Startup mindset — hands-on, fast-paced, and comfortable with autonomy
- Resourceful and adaptable — able to move fast even with lean resources

 

Responsibilities

- Define and execute a bold, innovative B2B social media strategy for Dripify across all key platforms
- Drive brand visibility, follower growth, and engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and beyond
- Collaborate with Product and Sales to write and publish posts related to product announcements, launches, and updates on Linkedin and other key social platforms
- Plan and publish content that communicates Dripify’s value, vision, and voice
- Collaborate with external designers, vendors, and creators to produce dynamic and innovative social media content.
- Stay ahead of social trends to find creative ways to tie them back to our brand
- Take ownership of the social media editorial calendar, overseeing copy, content, design, and performance metrics to drive our marketing and communications goals.
- Lead community engagement (comments, DMs, reviews) with empathy and speed
- Build reporting systems that measure impact across reach, engagement, and sentiment

Would be a plus

- Experience managing social for a B2B SaaS company in LinkedIn outreach, automation, or CRM
- Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Leonardo.AI, and basic short-form video creation
- Experience collaborating in Figma or similar tools
