Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on user acquisition or growth marketing;
  • Proven track record in planning, executing, and scaling performance-based digital campaigns;
  • Proven track record in working with crypto, gaming niches;
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads (including Search, Display, and YouTube) and mobile-specific channels like Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns;
  • Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions;
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, ad creative optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation strategies;
  • Experience managing significant advertising budgets while ensuring optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC);
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, design, product, and analytics) and manage relationships with external agencies or media partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with overall business objectives;
  • Develop comprehensive targeting strategies to reach new and high-quality users (including narrow-segments targeting and personal offers);
  • Execute top to bottom funnel journey (awareness=>activation=>conversion=>retention), measuring performance of each stage of the funnel;
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using real-time data to optimise budgets and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CAC, CPP and customer lifetime value;
  • Conduct regular A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages, and use insights to refine acquisition strategies;
  • Oversee allocation and optimisation of marketing budgets across channels, ensuring efficient spend and scalability (always measuring ROAS).
  • Adjust campaign parameters based on performance analytics to maximise profitability and growth potential;
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to align user acquisition strategies with broader marketing and business goals;
  • Present actionable insights based on performance metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement across campaigns.
