C++ Unreal Engine Developer (PC / Console Games)

We are looking for a talented and passionate C++ Unreal Engine Developer to join our growing team of game creators. You will play a critical role in building engaging, high-performance games for PC and console platforms using Unreal Engine 4/5. This position is ideal for someone who lives and breathes game development, enjoys technical challenges, and wants to bring unforgettable player experiences to life.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize gameplay features and core systems in C++ within Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to bring game features to life.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Profile and optimize game performance for PC and consoles.
• Support and improve game systems like AI, physics, networking, input, and UI.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience with C++ in game development.
• Strong experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 (UE5 preferred).
• Solid understanding of game architecture, memory management, multithreading, and optimization.
• Experience developing and debugging on at least one of the following platforms: PC, PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch.
• Comfortable working with Blueprints and integrating C++ systems with Unreal’s editor tools.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

• Shipped at least one title on PC or console.
• Experience with multiplayer or networked games.
• Familiarity with animation systems, physics, or shader development.
• Experience with source control (e.g., Git, Perforce).
• Passion for gaming and understanding of player expectations.
