We are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager who can lead and deliver diverse projects with precision and efficiency, inspiring teams to achieve excellence. Superpowers you have are:

• 4+ years in project management, with proven expertise in leading teams and complex projects;
• Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project), agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and financial management;
• Knowledge of project budgeting and risk management processes;
• Advanced English level (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively;
• Adaptable, detail-oriented and client-centric mindset;
• Advanced communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
   

You’re a rockstar if you have:

• A relevant degree or certification in project management; 
• Advanced proficiency in project reporting tools and software;
• Experience in up-selling or identifying client expansion opportunities;
• Knowledge of emerging PM methodologies and frameworks to innovate workflows;
   

As a part of Room 8 studio, you will:

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client and organizational objectives;
• Establish timelines, set milestones, and assign tasks across development, design, art, and QA teams;
• Maintain accurate documentation related to the contract, including approvals, changes, and communications with the Legal team;
• Create and manage Scope of Work documents detailing deliverables, timelines, and client requirements;
• Administer Jira projects and tasks according to the internal procedures;
• Ensure project goals are met on time, within budget, and with high-quality results;
• Facilitate collaboration, encourage teamwork, and provide guidance to team members to keep project milestones on track;
• Monitor project performance using KPIs like on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality;
• Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, clients, and vendors, ensuring aligned expectations;
• Provide clear updates on progress, address issues, and resolve client feedback effectively;
• Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance;
• Collaborate with other teams to identify cross-selling opportunities;
• Be involved in up-sale negotiations with clients;
• Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency plans and regular risk assessments.
