Lead Generation Manager / Junior Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Lead Generation Manager who will drive sales and contribute to business growth. 
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and will have the opportunity to participate in online meetings with potential customers. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. 
  • Identify and engage potential customers through various online channels.
  •  Actively prospect for new clients through LinkedIn, email newsletters and other lead generation methods. 
  • Join online meetings and presentations with potential clients. 
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to adjust strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.

 

 Requirements: 

  • B2 level of spoken English.
  • Proven experience in sales management, lead generation  at least 1 year.
  • Deep understanding of IT products, services and industry trends.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Willingness to develop your skills to move to a full-fledged sales manager position.
